Novia has been serving in the mental health field for over 10 plus years. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Alabama and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee. She has experience working with individuals from a faith-based approach to address depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, and many more needs. She uses an eclectic approach that includes faith-based, strength-focused, and solution-focused. She also has experience in CBT, DBT, and Trauma Informed approaches.
